But for experienced admins this rule doesn't count right? And besides Draco is the real admin so what he says is approved, its approved.

well this is to make everything goes smoothly. i know that he is the head admin, but i have seen some really over powered stuff get approved before i stepped in.

im not saying that i am not getting along, im just saying that there have been some really over powered cards being approved and i am getting tired of stepping in all the time when they are.

Well lets stop this shall we? I understand that overpowered cards are disapproved right? As well as cards that dont allow your opponent to battle. Well we can stick with this routine.
Every admin will reasure with another admin of their choosing. Once the other admin accepts as well, the card/bakugan is approved.

ok. but lets keep that if there is a controversial one. if there is one that you KNOW is legal, you can approve it.
